MOTOLAND RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PROTECTIVE GEAR REQUIRED
Helmet, goggles, gloves, long sleeves, long pants, motocross boots.
LIABILITY RELEASE
All Riders, Racers and Spectators must sign a Liability Release form prior to entry into the facility. Your entry into the facility is voluntary. All who enter assume all risk of injury and/or damage including that of their minors.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
No medical insurance is provided by this facility. Riders and racers are responsible for their own insurance. You are entering this facility at your own risk. By entering you are assuming all liability and waiving your right to sue.
RESTRICTED AREAS
The track and track infield are a Restricted Area. You must have a wristband to enter Restricted Areas. No Spectators are allowed in Restricted Areas.
PARKING LOT/PITS
Maximum speed of 5 MPH for ALL vehicles and bikes. No pit racing. Helmet is to be worn at all times. While transporting your bike to any restricted area, use roadways-DO NOT cut through parked vehicles.
NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED
VIOLENCE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
Violence: physical and/or verbal will not be tolerated.

SAFETY STATEMENT
Motocross is a dangerous sport. Track conditions are constantly changing. Wet, muddy, slippery, dry, rutted, rough, potholes and rocks can all exist and will change throughout the day. Take extreme caution when pulling on and off the track. It is recommended that you do a sight lap each time you pull onto the track.
