A MINOR WAIVER MUST BE COMPLETED FOR ALL RIDERS AND SPECTATORS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

WITNESSED WAIVER: A Waiver can be filled out and signed by both parents and/or legal guardians and witnessed by Motoland personel.   We will keep the waiver on file for a calendar year.  Minors must be accompanied by an adult even when we have a witnessed waiver on file.  

STANDARD WAIVER: A waiver can be filled out in person by a parent or legal guardian.  The waiver is good only for the day it is filled out.   A parent and/or legal guardian will need to be present for the minor to participate.

NOTARIZED WAIVER: A waiver and notary acknowledgement form can be printed, filled out and notarized.  We will keep the waiver on file for a calendar year.  Minors must be accompanied by an adult even when we have a notarized waiver on file.
